On Easter Monday, April 13, 2009 a small band set out to walk in the Washburn Valley on a glorious, glorious day!
Neil drove the minibus, and Auntie Sue kept everyone under control.
We saw rabbits, young lambs, a common Newt, hens, cows calves and lots of blossom and hedgerow flowers.
The walk was almost six miles, everyone managed very well, and we managed to avoid most of the mud.
We refuelled with fish and chips or various burgers before returning to church in the evening.
The young people were G-R-E-A-T!!! (Can we go again? - can we? - can we?)
